Google Data Use
What PowerSEO Control may access from Google, why, how long it is kept, and how you can revoke it.

Scope of this page
This page describes how PowerSEO Control, the SEO operations product operated by Pro Jobs Network, handles Google user data. The official Google connector is currently in access review / pre-production, so the behavior below describes the product's implemented and required design rather than a claim that a live connector is already available to all users. We make no claim of Google endorsement or approval.
Connecting an account
A user connects a Google account only for Business Profiles they own or are authorized to manage. Connection is initiated by the user through Google's own OAuth consent screen and can be revoked at any time.
Scopes requested
The minimum Google scope planned is:

Categories of Google data we may access
When the connector becomes available, the product may access:
- Business Profile account and business-group identifiers
- Location identifiers
- Profile fields: business name, address or service area, phone, website, categories, hours, attributes, descriptions, and services
- Access/manager signals and verification or status signals
- Google updates associated with a connected profile
- Supported profile content and performance evidence needed for the visible audit
How we use it
- Populate the visible audit shown in the workspace
- Compare observed profile fields with client-approved business facts
- Explain findings and why each check is ready or needs attention
- Create remediation previews
- Apply supported changes only after explicit authorization by an authorized user
What we do not do
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data to build advertising profiles or serve ads.
- We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose or generalized AI models.
Sharing
Sharing is limited to contracted service providers needed to operate the product (for example hosting and infrastructure) and to the authorized client or agency workspace the data belongs to. There is no unrelated third-party transfer of Google user data.
Storage and access-token handling
Access tokens must never appear in browser logs, client-side storage that is exposed publicly, or in any evidence surfaced in the audit. When the connector is implemented, OAuth tokens will be held server-side, encrypted at rest, and reachable only by least-privilege service components. This is the required production design, not a statement that a connector is currently live.
Revocation, disconnection and deletion
- You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account security settings (Third-party apps & services).
- You can request disconnection or deletion by emailing hello@projobsnetwork.com.
- Revocation stops future collection immediately. Retained audit evidence is then deleted or de-identified according to the retention policy below.
Retention
- Google OAuth tokens — deleted promptly after disconnection or revocation.
- Raw transient API responses — not retained longer than needed to normalize the evidence used by the audit.
- Normalized audit evidence — retained while the customer account is active, and then deleted or de-identified within 30 days of a verified deletion request, unless a longer period is required by law.

PowerSEO Control's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This statement describes our commitments; it is not a claim of Google endorsement, certification or approval.
