Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Pro Jobs Network website (projobsnetwork.com) and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

Services

Pro Jobs Network provides lead generation, marketing, consulting, and SEO operations services to contractors in the United States, and operates the PowerSEO Control product. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are set out in a separate service agreement or proposal signed by both parties.

Authorized Google Business Profile access

If you connect a Google Business Profile to PowerSEO Control, you represent and warrant that you own the profile or are authorized by its owner to manage it, and that your use complies with Google's applicable terms and policies. You agree that:

• You will not share account credentials, and you will connect accounts only through Google's own authorization flow.
• You will not scrape, bulk-extract, or use prohibited automation against Google services or our product.
• You will not submit or request publication of content that violates Google policies or applicable law, including misleading business information.
• Material writes to a connected profile require authorization from an authorized user; you are responsible for the changes you or your team approve.
• You may revoke access at any time in your Google Account security settings or by contacting us.

Use of the site

You may use our site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the site or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
• Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute site content without permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by Pro Jobs Network or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Where no such agreement is in place, these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which Pro Jobs Network operates.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
