Process
How we work
A description of our process and the kinds of work we do. We don't publish client results or testimonials we can't substantiate.
The engagement
1. Discovery
We walk through your trade, service area, current lead sources, sales process and systems. If we don't think we can help, we say so.
2. Evidence gathering
Before recommending anything, we collect what's actually there: campaign structure, landing pages, local profile configuration, follow-up timing and pipeline handling. Findings record their source and when they were captured.
3. Written plan
You get a plan that states what we'd change, in what order, and what each change is meant to affect — with the assumptions written down so you can push back on them.
4. Authorized execution
We work only in accounts and profiles you own or have authorized us to manage. Material edits are previewed and approved by someone on your side before they go live.
5. Review
Work is reviewed on a regular cadence against the plan. What changed, who approved it and when stays visible so decisions can be revisited.
Process examples
Illustrative examples of the work itself. These describe method, not outcomes for any particular client.
Local profile audit
A deterministic audit of a Google Business Profile's configuration — categories, hours, service area, descriptions and status signals — compared against the business facts the owner has approved. Each item is marked ready or needs attention with the reason shown.
Speed-to-lead review
We time the path from form submission or call to first human contact, then map where the delay comes from: routing, staffing, or a missing automation. Fixes are proposed as specific, testable changes.
Estimating and pricing review
We look at bid turnaround, close rate and margin per bid to see whether pricing discipline or estimator throughput is the constraint before touching lead volume.
Operating principles
Evidence before action
Every recommendation starts from collected configuration and status evidence, with the source and capture time recorded.
Client-authorized access
We only work inside accounts and profiles a client owns or has explicitly authorized us to manage.
Human approval for material edits
Material changes are previewed first and require an authorized person to approve them before anything is applied.
Auditable change history
What changed, who approved it, and when it happened stays visible so the work can be reviewed later.
