Who we are
Pro Jobs Network ("we", "us", "our") provides lead generation, marketing, consulting, and SEO operations services to contractors in the United States, and operates the PowerSEO Control product. This page explains how we handle information on projobsnetwork.com, through our services, and through PowerSEO Control.
We treat two kinds of information differently: ordinary website and contact information you give us, and connected Google user data accessed through PowerSEO Control. The Google section below governs the latter.
Website and contact information we collect
- Information you give us — name, company, email, phone, and any details you share by email or other direct communications with us.
- Usage information — basic analytics such as pages visited, device type, and referring source, collected to improve the site.
- Cookies — small files used for site functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule strategy calls.
- To deliver, support, and improve our services.
- To send occasional updates you have opted into. You can opt out any time.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, hosting, email, CRM, and analytics) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Google user data
PowerSEO Control is being built to connect Google Business Profiles that a user owns or is authorized to manage. The official Google connector is currently in access review / pre-production, so we are not storing OAuth tokens for a live general connector today. Our full disclosure is on the Google Data Use page. In summary:
- Access — the minimum planned scope is
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage, used only for profiles the user owns or is authorized to manage. - Use — to populate the visible audit, compare observed fields with client-approved business facts, explain findings, create remediation previews, and apply supported changes only after explicit authorization.
- Storage — when the connector is implemented, OAuth tokens will be held server-side, encrypted at rest, with least-privilege access. Tokens are never exposed in browser logs or audit evidence.
- Sharing — limited to contracted service providers needed to operate the product and to the authorized client or agency workspace. No unrelated third-party transfer. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising profiles, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
- Retention — tokens deleted promptly after disconnect or revocation; raw transient API responses kept no longer than needed to normalize evidence; normalized audit evidence kept while the account is active and deleted or de-identified within 30 days of a verified deletion request unless law requires longer.
- Revocation and deletion — revoke access any time in your Google Account security settings, or email us to disconnect and delete. Revocation stops future collection.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of marketing communications, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
